How quickly will my order be processed?
At BabySmilesLabels, we strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible! Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, regular mail normally takes approx. 2-5 business days to arrive (USA and Canada mail). Please contact us if you need rush service.

What is the difference between waterproof labels and clothing labels?
Our waterproof labels and clothing labels are completely waterproof. Two sizes are available for waterproof labels and are perfect for labeling water/baby bottles, books, lunch boxes, toys, sports equipment, pen/crayons, etc. Our clothing labels are designed specifically for labeling clothing as they stick very well to fabric.
Can I leave out the graphic or icon on the labels for elder kids or seniors to use?
Yes – definitely. Our labels are designed for everyone to use. Please leave a note at checkout to take out the icon and we will do that for you. You can also select our “Design Your Own” labels and design the labels in your own favorite colors or style.
Can I change the hair color of the graphic to another color (i.e. black, blonde, brown, etc)?
Yes – definitely. We understand that you may want the graphic icon to look similar to your child. Please leave a note at checkout (i.e. to change the hair color to black/blonde/brown) and we will be happy to personalize it for you.
Do you have any tips for label application?
An adult should always apply our labels. For best results, please rubdown firmly and stick the labels on dry and smooth surface at room temperature (don’t forget the corners of labels and do not leave any air pockets below the labels). Allow at least 24 hours for the labels to bond before exposing them to water and dishwasher or laundry use.
Do you help daycare, schools, camps or other groups for fundraising?
Yes – we do lots of fundraising for schools, daycare, camps and other groups for fundraising. Please do not hesitate to contact our team for more details.

What is your return or exchange policy?
We are a good seller and pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding your purchase. In any case that you are not satisfied with your order, please return to us for a full exchange or refund.

What is the difference between the clothing tag labels and iron-on labels?
We offer two types of laundry-safe clothing labels: Peel and Stick Clothing Tag Labels and Iron-On Labels. Our Clothing Tag labels are perfect to use on clothing care tags (just peel and stick and no ironing or sewing required).
For items that do not have the care tags (i.e. tagless shirts, socks, etc), please use our Clothing Iron-On Labels which are designed to stick directly to almost any fabric.
Can I use the same icon throughout the entire set of labels (instead of 3 designs)?
Yes. If you like the same icon for all the labels (instead of the 3 designs as shown in the listing picture), please leave a note at checkout and we will be happy to do that for you.
My child has a long name (more than 20 characters), is it possible?
Our label previewer can accommodate 20 characters. However, please leave a note at checkout with your child’s name and our print team will try our best to adjust and fit the full name on the labels. Please note that the more characters we put on the label, the text will appear a bit smaller on the labels.
Can I ship my order directly to the gift recipient (another address)?
Yes – please leave a note at checkout to ship to another address and we will do that for you.
